Series overview:

Week 1: IFS overview & ways of relating to Self

Week 2: Common protector parts (inner critic, perfectionism, anxiety, etc.)

Week 3: Brief overview of exile parts & further exploration of protectors in light of fears they might carry

Week 4: Self & Others: How self-concept, self-compassion, & awareness impacts relationships
